The Ticket is subject to Eazytick's general conditions of sale as well as to the following special conditions, which you accepted before purchasing the Ticket.

1. Conditions of validity

The e-ticket is a ticket received by email upon confirmation of payment for your reservation. This ticket contains a unique and confidential QR code which is valid if printed on white A4 paper, blank on both sides. Good print quality is necessary. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible Tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. In the event of an incident or poor print quality, you must print your .pdf or .jpg file again. To check the good quality of the printing, make sure that the information written on the Ticket, as well as the bar code, are clearly legible. The m-ticket is a ticket received by email upon confirmation of payment for your reservation. This ticket contains a unique and confidential QR code valid if downloaded to your mobile phone and will be verified at the entrance to the event hall.

2. Control of the e-ticket

Entry to the Event is subject to checking the validity of your e-ticket. We strongly recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the Event. During checks, you must be in possession of an official, valid and photo ID: identity card, passport, driver's license or residence permit.

3. Use of the e-ticket

The e-ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except cancellation of the Event. The e-ticket / m-ticket is only valid for the Event, on the date and under the conditions appearing on the Ticket. This title must be kept until the end of the Event. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a Ticket in any way. The reproduction of the Ticket and the use of the copy of this Ticket are liable to criminal prosecution. In the event of non-compliance with all the rules specified above, this Ticket will be considered invalid.

4. Responsibility

Eazytick.com declines all responsibility for anomalies that may arise during the ordering, processing or printing of the Ticket insofar as it has not intentionally caused them. Only the first person who manifests with the ticket or barcode (via their mobile phone) has the right to access the corresponding event. Likewise, Evolutik is not responsible for any loss, theft or illegal use of the Ticket. Keep your barcode secret when accessing e-ticket or m-ticket.
