Juillet 2006. Une guerre éclate au Liban écrasant les espoirs de paix. Nous nous demandons : que peut faire le cinéma ? Nous décidons de traduire cette question dans la réalité et partons à Beyrouth avec une actrice qui, pour nous, symbolise le cinéma, Catherine Deneuve. Elle traversera avec notre ami l'artiste Rabih Mroué, les régions dévastées. C'est le début d'une aventure imprévisible.

July 2006. A war breaks out in Lebanon. A new war, but not just one more war. A war that crushes the hopes of peace. We ask ourselves: what can cinema do? That question, we decide to translate it into reality. We go to Beirut with an icon, an actress who, to us, symbolizes cinema, Catherine Deneuve. She will meet our close friend, the artist and performer Rabih Mroué and they will drive through the devastated regions.

It is the beginning of an unpredictable, unexpected adventure.
